Service Agreement

By scheduling service with Boonstra Home Services (“the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided at the time of booking. Prices may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly (e.g., excessive debris, access issues, or unforeseen conditions). Any changes will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to all work areas. Please ensure gates are unlocked, water sources are available, and pets are secured prior to service. Missed appointments or inaccessible areas may result in a rescheduling fee.

Property Condition

Boonstra Home Services takes care to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or structural issues such as brittle shingles, oxidized paint, or faulty seals that may be affected during normal cleaning procedures.

Water and Power Use

Customer agrees to provide access to on-site water and power as needed for service. If not available, please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to a service charge. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may result in a service charge to cover lost time and travel.

Liability and Warranty

Our cleaning methods are safe and effective when used correctly. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, some stains or buildup (especially on older surfaces) may not be completely removable. Boonstra Home Services is fully insured and not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or acts of nature after service completion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns promptly.

Photography and Marketing

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying features (such as house numbers or license plates) will be shared without permission.
